4.1. Clause 10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
10.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Disputes arising here from shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore.

10.2. The Parties will settle any and all disputes in accordance with the rules of The Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. The language of the arbitration shall be English, and the venue for the arbitration will be Bangalore, India. The arbitration shall be conducted by an arbitral tribunal consisting of 1 (one) arbitrator appointed by the Syndicate. The award of the arbitrator will be final and binding on the Parties.

10.3. If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the law of any state or country in which these Terms and Conditions are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction which that Term or Condition is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from that clause and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and continue to be binding and enforceable.

10.4. The Syndicate makes no representation that materials on this site are appropriate or available for use at other locations outside of the Republic of India and access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. If you access this site from a location outside of the Republic of India, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws.

11.1. These Terms and Conditions in conjunction with any other policies issued by the Syndicate contains the entire understanding between the Parties, superseding all prior communications, agreements, and understandings between the Parties with respect to the purpose of these Terms and Conditions.
