Just providing input and sharing knowledge as it relates to SyncroMSP and generally running an MSP. There will also be an annual in person event (TBD) to join and further discuss the formation of the alliance and what future stages will look like.
Aside from the reasons listed in the presentation, joining now allows you to be a founding member. Founding members will have more say over the future structure of the alliance and its stages.

No – The goal of this alliance is to meet your business where it’s at in terms of support and processes so that you can weather the storms or scale more effectively. Each business will determine if it wants to go from stage 1 to stage 2 or further.
No- Branding, control of billing, HR and other systems remain with the current brand and are protected by NDA/Non compete. Some brands may want outsourced workssssto be white labeled while others will openly sell the fact that an alliance partner is assisting or completing the work. The strategy that works best for each organization would be utilized
Stage 3 is for companies that want to realize the full cost savings benefit of not having redundant systems. The cost savings from each business line would then be shared/ put towards guaranteed revenue like small acquisitions. Businesses only advance to this stage if they choose. Many will want to continue to maintain their independent brands and control which is wonderful. Others will want to scale faster and realize the potential of combined systems.
